Delivery Information

Due to the weight and size of some of our products, we may need to give additional, updated quotes to customers after your purchase. Please take a look at our delivery procedures below and contact us if you have any questions.

With all our deliveries, we are committed to doing our very best to get the products to you as soon as possible. If we have the item in stock, we will dispatch as close to the purchase time as possible. However, we are unable to give exact delivery times. For this you will need to speak to the courier company whose details are available on request.

Cutek

Any and all Cutek orders come with a standard £10.60 delivery charge. This is a one off amount and is not affected by the quantity of the order.

In terms of delivery times, we generally quote 3-5 working days. However, it may arrive quicker.

Free shipping and special offers

From time to time, we may offer products on special offers, such as free delivery etc. During these times you will not be charged for delivery. Delivery information will, of course, be available on request.

Standard delivery

On items that are not included in any special offers we have a standard delivery method:

  • Upon completion of an order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
  • If you have requested for your products to be delivered:
    • after ordering, your order will be highlighted as ‘pending delivery quote’.
    • Using the delivery address you supplied while ordering, we will add a quote for delivery to your order and then send an email requesting your approval.
    • Once you click the button in the email to approve the order, the money will be taken and your items dispatched.
    • If for any reason the internet or email system is unavailable, we will contact you using the contact information you supplied during your order.
  • If you have requested to collect your products from us:
    • upon ordering you will receive an email asking you to contact us to arrange the time and date to pick up your products.
    • We will then provide you with the address and contact details for where you need to go to pick up the decking.

With all our dispatched orders, we are unable to give an exact delivery time. This will need to be agreed between you and the courier (details will be available on request). We will also pass your contact details on to the courier company who may contact you independently.

Special deliveries

If you require any of our products at short notice, or have a particular delivery requirement. Please make this clear at the time of booking via email or telephone. We will always do our very best to meet your dispatch requirements. To help us deal with your special requirement as quickly and efficiently as possible, please make sure any instructions you give us are clear and thorough.
